Black Seed / Nigella stiva
Discovered in the tomb of the ancient Egyptian pharaoh Tutankhamun, Black Seed has played an important part in the ritualistic and traditional practices of many cultures worldwide. Native to Southwest Asia, the spice has since been held in high regard for the universal health benefits it provides.
